Systematic Geeks
“Why is the first one free?” It is the question everybody asks, so here is the actual answer.
Because explaining what an automation will do for your business is a waste of both our time. You have heard the pitch before, probably from someone selling a platform, and it never quite matched what happened next.
So we skip it. We find the ugliest, most repetitive time sink you have, and we build the thing that kills it. You use it for a while. If it is genuinely useful you keep going with us, and if it is not you keep the build and we shake hands.
There is no catch in there and no watered-down demo version. It is a real system, running on your real data, inside the tools you already use.
Everyone tells you to use AI. We build AI that is actually useful.
What that looks like in practice
- A free 45-minute call. We go through the business and find where the hours actually go. Most people are surprised by the answer. You leave with that map whether you work with us or not.
- We pick one thing and build it. Shaped around your existing process rather than replacing it, so there is nothing to rip out and nothing for the team to learn. Most systems are live in 7 to 14 days.
- It runs. We watch it, tune it and keep it working. If a system stops earning its keep, it does not stay. That is the whole point of proving it before you pay.
The kind of thing we build
Enquiries answered and qualified the moment they arrive, instead of at nine that night. Admin and ops that run without anyone chasing them. Data moved between the six platforms that never talked to each other. Lists and documents that used to take days, drafted in minutes and checked by a person.
Some of it is unglamorous. Most of the useful things are.
If any of that sounds like your week, the call is free and so is the first build. Email accounts@systematicgeeks.com and tell us what is eating your time.
